To complete this registration, NEW STUDENTS must pay a $25.00 non-refundable registration fee. Venmo - (Dancebizroc), Cash App - ($Dancebizroc), or mail check to Dance Biz, 1742 Long Pond Rd #3, Rochester, NY 14606. Lesson fee will be due at first lesson. All students will have to sign a Release Waiver before starting lessons. Submitting this registration is subject to Dance Biz approval for class placement *
